The Medium Density area of the future land use plan is identified for 'Future housing types in this area could provide housing opportunity to a broad spectrum of persons seeking housing in the City. These could include but are not limited to tiny houses, granny flats for long term renters, use of accessory guest quarters for long term renters, and similar housing types that would correspond with the Goals and Objectives of this Master Plan.' Should the zoning ordinance match this directive in the Master Plan versus allowing for ADUs throughout the City?
