Please understand that the old code allowed the development that you see on many of the Cottage Company structures downtown and and at Zoll and Bay. The old code allowed the Demmer house (still under construction) on Bay St and on Main St. I'm saying that I don't like those projects, but I hear many complaints from those aligned with WLHS.
